Club Meeting Minutes

Meeting Minutes:
 
T-Shirts -  39 orders have been placed with Celebri Tees. Payment was made. They are scheduled to be available by the next Open shoot, cross your fingers. Payment due on delivery - cost is $12.00 each.
 
Decals - They are here! If you haven't received your free decal for being a member please see one of the officers. If you would like more stickers they are $5 per.
 
Field Archery - So far the voter tally is 16 YES and 12 NO, if you haven't turned in your card please do, we are still keeping count. Currently we are going to survey the Dixie field and plan out where we can put in the new lanes if we decided to.
 
Club Champion - The rules have been approved for this year's CLASS Championship. Next year we would like to come up with some rules to make 1 overall Champion, all classes competing together for it with some kind of handicap. If you have any suggestions please email the Secretary Secretary@dixiebowmen.org
 
U.S. Sportsmen's Alliance - This is a company that has items to be raffled off by clubs throughout the country. We decided not to go for this.
 
New Sticker idea - a new larger decal has been created and if people like it we might produced them for $10 per. More details later. see the sticker here
 
New Constitution - The Constitution has been drawn up and accepted!
 
Drawing Winner - Bo Slaughter, and he was there to collect his money, Congrats!
