Club Meeting Minutes

March 2008

Club Champ - The committee proposed a new set of rules for this years club champ, it will be uploaded on the website (read them here). If you have any other ideas or questions please email the Chairman of the Club Champ committee (secretary@dixiebowmen.org)
 
T-Shirts - We have voted to go with Celebri-Tees for our club t-shirts. If you havent put in your order please email the webmaster with your size and color of the shirt (Black, Grey, or White) They will be $12 for Small to XLarge, and $1 more for each larger size, payment on delivery.
 
Decals - they have been ordered and when we get them in 1 decal will be given to each head of household for free, more can be purchased for $5 per.
 
Website - A few ideas have been brought up about adding to the website. We will get an aerial view of the course and mark the trails to help out any newbies. Also to help with any confusion we will break down and explain our scoring on the 3D target rings.
 
Field Archery - We are thinking about bringing back a few Field Archery shoots, this would either take the place of a normal 3D shoot or we would have it on an off-shoot day. But before we spend a good chunk of money on the supplies we would like to hear what our members think about this. Please email your thoughts on this to the Secretary so we can collect a tally of thoughts before we act. (Secretary@dixiebowmen.org)
